Google Local Guides are a programme of frequent, high-quality reviewers who earn levels based on their contribution to Google Maps. Their reviews are weighted more heavily by Google's algorithm and tend to appear more prominently in your review section. AmpliPulse flags Local Guide reviews so you can give them extra attention.

Can I export my review data?

Yes — AmpliPulse lets you export your review history as a CSV or include review data in your monthly report. Export includes reviewer names, ratings, dates, review text, and response status. Useful for tracking, analysis, and sharing with stakeholders.

How do I filter to see only negative reviews?

In your review feed, click the star filter and select 1★ or 2★ (or both). You can also filter by 'Unresponded' to see negative reviews that haven't been replied to yet. AmpliPulse also proactively flags new negative reviews with a higher-priority alert so you see them before they have a chance to damage your reputation.

What's the response rate target I should aim for?
