Your response is indexed by Google. Naturally including a keyword — the service they used, your city — adds a relevance signal. "We're so glad you had a great experience at our dental clinic in Ahmedabad" does two things: sounds personal and signals relevance. One natural mention is enough.
Mention something from their review: the service they mentioned, a detail they shared, the outcome they described. This proves you actually read their review — and it makes your response look genuinely personal to every future searcher who reads it.
For 5-star reviews: 2–4 sentences is ideal. Long, gushing responses for every positive review look automated. For negative reviews: 4–6 sentences — acknowledge, apologise, offer resolution, invite contact. Don't over-explain or become defensive.
