The journey from a two-person team in Ahmedabad to a Google Partner agency serving clients in 10+ countries — and the GBP platform that grew out of it.

Jul 2018 · The Beginning
Jagdish Mepani founded Ampli5 Digital with 2 SEO clients after 8 years in the field. Ended 2018 with 2 teammates and 10 clients.
What started as a solo consulting practice built on deep SEO expertise quickly became a small team. The first 10 clients came from reputation and referral — the same foundation the business runs on today.

May 2019 · First Enterprise & Agency Clients
Signed the first enterprise-level Google Ads client. Team grew to 8. Onboarded the first B2B agency client — ending 2019 with 9 new projects from agencies.
The agency model proved highly scalable — other marketing agencies needed specialist GBP and SEO expertise they couldn't build in-house. Ampli5 became the behind-the-scenes engine for agencies across the UK and Australia.

Sep 2020 · Going Global
Secured the first ecommerce client. Reached 50+ clients spanning the UK, USA, and Africa.
The shift to remote work accelerated international growth. Businesses in the UK and US discovered Ampli5's quality-to-cost advantage — and the global client base that defines the agency today began to take shape.

Feb 2021 · Scaling Up
Signed 5 more B2B agencies globally. Moved to a real office. Helped a visa consultant expand from 1 to 8+ branches in Dubai & Canada.
The move to a physical office marked a turning point — from freelance operation to a proper agency. The Dubai and Canada multi-location case study became one of the clearest demonstrations of what local search strategy could do for a growing business.

May 2022 · 100 Clients Milestone
In-house team grew to 18+ members. Reached 100+ clients across multiple industries.
Crossing 100 clients validated the agency model completely. At this point, GBP management had become a significant part of the client portfolio — and the manual processes used to manage it were becoming a bottleneck. The idea for Ampli5 Pulse began here.

Apr 2023 · Larger Office & International Hires
Relocated to a larger office. Recruited 5+ international professionals. Expanded teams in the UK, USA, and Australia.
The distributed global team model — with professionals embedded in the markets they serve — gave Ampli5 the ability to grasp regional trends, provide real-time solutions, and conduct client visits. This on-the-ground presence now informs Ampli5 Pulse's strategy for each market.

The GBP management platform built on 6 years of real experience. AI review management, geo-grid ranking, and competitor tracking in one dashboard.
Everything the Ampli5 Digital team had learned managing hundreds of GBP profiles — which categories win, how review velocity affects ranking, what photos convert — went directly into Ampli5 Pulse. The platform made it available to every business worldwide.
