This policy explains what data Ampli5 Pulse collects when you use our website and application, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the web app at app.ampli5pulse.com, our iOS and Android apps, and this website.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details such as your name, email address, phone number and business name.
• Information you submit through forms on this website, including enquiries and job applications.
• Billing details required to process a subscription.

Google account data

When you connect a Google Business Profile, you grant access through Google's own consent screen. We then access the profile data needed to provide the service: business information, posts, media, reviews and performance metrics, and where you connect it, Google Search Console data for your website.

We use this data only to display and manage your profiles inside the application. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models that are shared outside your account. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page, and doing so stops all further access immediately.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data such as pages viewed, features used and time of access.
• Device and browser information, and IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels described below.

How we use it

• To provide the service: showing your profiles, publishing posts, drafting review replies and generating reports.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests and service changes.
• To process payments and issue invoices.
• To improve the product and understand which features are used.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

AI processing

When you use the AI review reply or content features, the relevant text is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a draft. Drafts are shown to you for approval and are not published automatically. Do not enter personal or confidential information you would not want processed by a third-party provider.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure marketing. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; core parts of the site will still work.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as needed:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Payment processors, who handle card and banking details directly.
• AI providers, for the drafting features described above.
• Analytics and advertising platforms, for website measurement.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for tax, accounting or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or request a copy in a portable format. Write to connect@ampli5pulse.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, and we limit internal access to what staff need to do their work. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
