Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These terms apply when you use the Ampli5 Pulse website, web application and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Ampli5 Pulse is software for managing Google Business Profiles. It lets you connect profiles, publish posts and media, monitor and reply to reviews with AI assistance, view performance data, and generate reports.
It is self-serve software. We do not act as your marketing agency, and we do not manage profiles on your behalf unless separately agreed in writing.
What we do not promise
Search visibility depends on Google's systems, your market and your competitors. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic level or business outcome. We also cannot guarantee that Google will approve a listing, reinstate a suspended profile, or remove a review, since those decisions are Google's alone.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including that of team members you invite.
- You must have the right to manage any Google Business Profile you connect, whether it is yours or a client's.
- You must comply with Google's terms and policies when using the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ampli5 Pulse to publish false or misleading business information, to create or solicit fake reviews, to post unlawful or offensive content, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to resell access except under an agreed white-label arrangement.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown before you commit and may change with notice for future periods. Taxes are added where applicable. Payment is handled by third-party processors, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
White-label partners
Where you take the white-label platform, additional commercial terms apply, including the annual platform fee and the agreed revenue share. Partners set their own client pricing and hold the direct relationship with their clients. Partners are responsible for their own client contracts, support commitments and any third-party accounts they operate, such as payment gateways and AI provider accounts.
Third-party services
The service depends on APIs and platforms we do not control, including Google. If those change or become unavailable, features may change or stop working. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and of your business data. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it in order to run the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve the product.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to respond promptly to support requests, but we do not commit to a specific uptime figure unless it is stated in a separate written agreement.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where fees remain unpaid. On closure, access ends and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and material changes will be notified to account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
